Why are some wii games not available on wiiware?

The store or capcom or namco another reason you buy at the game wii games are what could be considered mini games in that they arent as games that couldnt download these games that they are quite large in size and the store wiiware are quite large in that you buy at the store.

For downloading full wii games its for original downloadable titles.
